IPC System 3 is a composite flouoropolymer coating that has been formulated to provide excellent chemical and corrosion resistance in a single coat application. System 3 is a one coat version of our System 3 Modified. It is a self-lubricating, non-stick coating that has excellent corrosion resistance and mild abrasion resistance. It is designed for applications where coating thickness must be held to a minimum while at the same time providing a barrier against corrosion.

IPC System 3 Modified non-stick protective coatings flow during the curing process to provide a non-porous film. This coating has excellent corrosion resistance to many harsh chemicals. It also has mild abrasion resistance and an extremely low coefficient of friction to give a high level of release and non-stick properties.

IPC System 4 coating is a thin film fluoropolymer composite coating with a high loading of PTFE to give it the best release and non-stick properties. IPC System 4 has shown exceptional success in preventing asphaltine build up on down hole components. This is a low friction, resin bonded coating used to lubricate and protect fasteners and components used in corrosive environments.

IPC System 5 is a high build fluoropolymer coating that has excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. IPC System 5 can be applied to thickness of 10 mils and more for extreme corrosion protection. It also has a good balance of electrical and release properties. IPC System 5 Red has been designed to withstand vapor permeation and is the ultimate in total corrosion and permeation protection.

IPC System 7 is a high temperature solid film lubricant for uses between sub-zero temperatures and over 800`F. It is a coating that has been developed with both high temperature use and application in mind. IPC System 7 has excellent resistance to solvents and lubricating oils. It’s dynamic wear resistance is over 275,000 cycles on a  10 kg load.

IPC System 9 also known as “Molycote” lubricates is a dry film solid lubricating coating. It is functional over a broad range of temperatures and is highly effective in eliminating sticking, galling, seizing, and chattering. It is very effective in lubricating and separating metal surfaces at slow speeds which are also under extreme loads. It is not effected by vibration or shock. IPC System 9 provides a lifetime of lubrication for parts or components that are impractical to re-lubricate after assembly or where constant lubrication is detrimental to work flow.

IPC System 11 is a highly functional coating designed for high temperature uses where scale build up and oxidation are a problem. IPC System 11 has seen excellent success in protecting firetubes from pre-mature failure by preventing scale build up on the outside of the burner tubes.
