IPC System 3 is a composite flouoropolymer coating that has been formulated to provide excellent chemical and corrosion resistance in a single coat application. System 3 is a one coat version of our System 3 Modified. It is a self-lubricating, non-stick coating that has excellent corrosion resistance and mild abrasion resistance. It is designed for applications where coating thickness must be held to a minimum while at the same time providing a barrier against corrosion.
IPC System 3 has been successfully applied to a wide variety of Exploration and Production components.

Typical turnaround time for processing our System 3 coating is 5 days or less. This includes all disassembly times and resassembly times required. This is a single coat product that requires no pre-machining or post machining in order to accommodate the thickness of the coating.
