| IPC’s QA department follows a strict quality standard that is ISO 9001:2008 registered to ensure a product that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations. QA auditors are present at every step through production and must sign off before the parts enter the next stage of the process. Upon completion, the auditors perform a final series of tests to ensure correct substrate adhesion, correct coating thickness, uniform distribution of coating, and a visual appearance inspection. IPC can also perform additional QA tests per customer requirement. Only after the parts have been signed off by IPC’s Quality department may they be shipped.
